This overview is the starting point for Alteron's legal and compliance documentation. It explains what each of our documents covers, how they fit together, and who to contact. Each document is published in English and Swedish and can be downloaded as a PDF.
How to use these documents
Alteron's legal framework is made up of three core documents plus this overview. Read the one that matches your question; where documents interact, each points to the others. Nothing here replaces a signed order form or master agreement between you and Alteron — where such an agreement exists, its terms take precedence.
The documents
How we collect, use and protect personal data across the website and the Node service, in line with the GDPR — including the controller/processor split, calendar integrations, retention and your rights.
The terms on which we provide the Node hardware and software — accounts, acceptable use, warranty, liability, fees, term and governing law.
How the Node panels meet EU radio, safety and environmental requirements, with the applicable directives, harmonised standards and our EU Declaration of Conformity.
Who we are
Alteron AB (org. no. 0006148472) is a Swedish company at Råkritegatan 78, Malmö, Sweden. We design and operate the Node meeting-room booking system — wall panels, web application and cloud service. Node data is hosted within the European Union.
